Who we are
This website is run by Color & Class Auto Aesthetics, 102-118 Provincial Ave, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0Z7. You can reach us about privacy at Sales@colorandclass.com.
What we collect
When you send our quote form, we collect the details you type in: your name and email address, and if you choose to give them, your phone number, your vehicle’s year, make and model, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, and arrange and carry out the work you ask for. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it’s stored
Quote requests are emailed to our business email account and saved in this website’s admin area, which only we can access. Our website host and our email provider store this information on our behalf.
Booking and payments
If you book or pay online, that happens on Square’s booking and payment pages. Square handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and other sites
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. WordPress uses cookies for people who log in to manage the site. The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps, and our Instagram and Facebook links open those sites; they have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and keep normal business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Sales@colorandclass.com. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
